Benjamin J. Heimerl is a founding Partner at Heimerl & Lammers, LLC. Benjamin partnered with Michael B. Lammers to create a law firm with the ability to handle all of their clients’ legal needs while building lasting relationships. The mission of Heimerl & Lammers, LLC is to provide the superior legal representation and service that  their clients deserve, during what could be the most difficult and frustrating time in their life.

While serving his country in the Marine Corps, Benjamin realized the importance of standing up and fighting for what is right.  Since graduating from William Mitchell College of Law, in St. Paul Minnesota, Ben has dedicated his time and energy representing Minnesotans against powerful interests and institutions.    Whether it is insurance companies not living up to their contractual obligations, or credit card companies taking advantage of those who are at their most vulnerable, Ben tirelessly advocates for his clients in the court room and at the settlement table.

Benjamin was born and raised in Minnesota and truly loves the state and its people. He attended college at the University of Minnesota where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. When he’s not advocating for his clients, Benjamin can be found playing with his three young boys, or enjoying a peaceful round of golf.
